Lens(2)Shop will never ask for or come into contact with personal bank information, since the primary method of payment is Maybank/HLB, a certified and secure method of money transfer.
We will ask solely for certain details, such as address, name, phone number, etc. to deliver your order. We feel that no information should ever be compromised or sold to third parties. All information that you supply to us is kept private and confidential. Thus, you can feel safe shopping at Lens(2)Shop.

Conditions Of Use
ORDERING SIGNIFIES THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREED TO THE RULES BELOW:
●Due to different monitor settings, please keep in mind that the actual colours of the contact lenses may not match 100% with those on your screen.
●We cannot be held responsible for any health issues that arise. If you practice proper hygiene and take good care of your lenses, you should have no problems wearing them!
●No refunds/exchanges due to buyer's remorse or mistake (e.g. wrong colour, prescription or delivery address supplied)
●Prescription lenses are for myopic and/or astigmatism correction only. We do not have lenses for hyperopia.
●We only accept Maybank Malaysia and Hong Leong Bank Malaysia
●We try to mark all parcels with low value, but we are not responsible if your country's customs charges you taxes and duties.
●All items are checked to be in perfect condition when we despatch them. We are not liable or responsible for any losses or breakages during shipment.
●We will replace incorrect lenses. Defective lenses can be replaced, but they must be mailed back to us/photo supplied and be intact in the original sealed vial so we can submit feedback to our suppliers and have them give the replacement to us. Customers must pay for the additional postage charge depending on the situation.
●These rules are subject to change any time without notification.
